It's been so long since I wrote a blog. I'm a disgrace and so are my sisters, actually they're more of a disgrace than me as I have been distracted with our Facebook page and they have just been plain lazy. Well I must say I've been lazy as well. Since I last wrote we spent 3 fantastic months at home. It was a cleansing month for me as I realised that someone whom I had very strong feelings for was not the man for me. Apart from that small blip I had a brilliant time although we had the worst weather ever. It was the coldest winter on record for over 50 yrs. That still didn't stop me head

I have never been happier. Gráinne has finally agreed to part with her disgusting runners. Now I must say in their defense they never smelled funky but really,look at them!!!, they should have been in the bin long ago. It's frightening to think that she wore them all summer especially with the big hole in one which she said came from a puppy chewing it. Well I suppose the plus point to that was the aeration factor but from a visual standpoint they were no lookers.
I'll end by saying myself, Angela and Marie Therese are 3 very happy people.

This is a send out to all (well a large percentage of the taxi drivers in NYC) LEAVE MY POOR SISTER ALONE. Poor old MT,every time she gets in a damned cab and I suppose that's our fault as we always make her sit in the front as she is usually the most together but she is constantly being hit on by taxi drivers. Now the first couple of times it was funny now it's just annoying. Let me tell you that from now on I'm going to be a very expensive date or a really spoilt demanding girl in general and the reason for this comes in the form of the one and only Kathy O'Kelly who was in NYC last week on a flying visit on her way to Singapore. Well...we decided that we'd go out for a drink or two and didn't the aforementioned Miss O'Kelly mention the Waldorf Astoria and Gráinne thought what a brilliant idea, we might as well live large and head for one cocktail and then we'll go and drink some $7 pitchers of questionable beer for the rest of the night. We went on Thurs to the Young Dubliners gig at the Blender Theater on 23rd St. and it was just brilliant. We see the guys......oh I digress for a second as J is watching the painful MTV music awards and that clift Shakira just said she was adrenalized.....what the hell!!! adrenalized and that other eejit LAdy GaGa looks like a moron!! actually I think she's stoned. J tells me it's just that's she's super affected.
Anyway,back to proper music..I have to say that although we play so much at festivals with these guys we never get the chance to watch them properly as we get very distracted so
